- Workshops
Please note as we are a small business, all classes and workshops are non-refundable. Should your schedule change and you are no longer able to attend a class and/or workshop, we would love to welcome another attendee or guest on your behalf.
- Cancellations
As a small business, Intuitive Art Beat Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If the Studio cancels or significantly alters a class, the student may be placed in an alternate class of their choosing with available spaces by contacting us.
- Missed Classes
Please note we are unable to provide make-up opportunities, prorate or provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts.
- Waitlist
If a class is full a student may place themselves on a waitlist. If space becomes available in a class, waitlisted students will be offered the space in sequential order and contacted by phone or e-mail. Please do not attend the first session unless you have been contacted by the Studio and registration has been confirmed. No charges are assessed until the student is placed in a course.
