INTRODUCTION

We are in this together. So by using the Intuitive Art Beat website, you are agreeing to the terms of service & conditions. Read them. They are a surprisingly fun. One gentle reminder is that they are subject to change. Yet another reason to always read them.

PRIVACY

Your privacy and trust is something we revere. Your information will only be used for Intuitive Art Best’s internal purposes. Scout’s honour.

PAYMENT

Money keeps the Intuitive Art Beat studio running well. In that vein, we ask for payment in full to confirm registration for classes, as well as bookings for private events and birthday parties. Once that’s done, get ready to dive into beautiful paints, gorgeous paper and lovely canvases.

CANCELLATION

We understand that life gets in the way of a registered class, event and even, heaven forbid, a birthday party. Intuitive Art Beat will provide credit so that we can create together at a different time. If one class is missed because of illness or vacation, we don’t do makeup classes, but we will catch you up on what was covered the next time we see you.

If Intuitive Art Beat cancels class, there will mostly definitely be a make up class. Alternatively, you can request a refund for this class and no questions will be asked. None. Really.

CLOSURES

The class must go on…except when there is severe weather or extreme conditions. Intuitive Art Beat will cancel class in these instances to ensure everyone is safe and sound. You’ll be notified as soon as possible because your well-being matters the most.

PUBLICITY

Posting pics and social media is all the rage, but not for us at Intuitive Art Beat. We won’t be filming or taking pictures unless you have given us express permission.

FOOD & CLOTHING

Intuitive Art Beat wants to make sure it’s happy healthy art oasis, so we have a nut-free policy on the premises. We encourage bringing delicious snacks that are allergy aware so that we can get down to the business of making and creating magic.

Each person knows best what they will be the most comfortable to work in. Keep in mind that inspiration is often messy, dirty and sometimes permanent, so please bring to each class clothing that encourages getting inspired. See what we did there? We know. It’s cute.
