Welcoming an Inspiration Board workshop led by Liven from “Come As You Are”.

She is a believer that peace comes from all forms of expression. She believes in the beauty of art coming from all levels of the human experience and so come as you are.

Liven is a facilitator of therapeutic art, having done workshops in the past around self-compassion and inspiring oneself to connect with the power within them. She is bringing you a journey through reflection, sharing, and meditation where you will then create an artistic visual representation of whatever inspires you on your creative journey.

What to bring:

Bring personal photos, cards, or magazines that you would like to include on your board. All other materials will be provided
